General sales open at 11am on September 2

Tickets for the VALORANT Champions Shanghai group stage and early playoffs go on general sale at 11am China Standard Time on 2 September 2026. International spectators can buy through the official MAISEAT channel and should prepare valid passport information before starting an order.

The Mastercard priority window ended on 1 September, making this general sale the main opportunity for fans who did not use the presale. Tickets cannot be transferred or resold, and the identity details on the order must match the document presented at entry.

International fans must bring the physical passport

Overseas spectators must register with a passport and bring the same physical passport to the venue. Identity checks and facial recognition may be used at the entrance; a copy or a document that does not match the order may not be accepted.

Fans should enter the ticketing platform from the official event page and avoid giving passport, payment or verification-code details to unofficial sellers. Spectators under 14 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or above, while children under two may enter free with an accompanying adult.

Group-stage and early-playoff prices

Weekday match dates are 24, 29 and 30 September plus 8, 9 and 10 October, with single-day tickets from RMB198 to RMB488 and a Tier 1 bundle at RMB1,128. Weekend and holiday dates include 25-27 September, 1-4 October, 7 October and 11 October, with tickets from RMB288 to RMB568 and a Tier 1 bundle at RMB1,208.

These stages take place at Jing’an Sports Center. Finals Weekend moves to Mercedes-Benz Arena in Pudong, with its ticket arrangements to be announced separately.

Refund window and tournament dates

The stated refund window runs from 11am on 2 September until 2pm on 17 September. Refunds apply to the full order, carry a 3.5% fee and are expected to take five to ten business days, with the final timing also depending on the payment provider.

Champions Shanghai runs from 24 September to 18 October. MPP88.com recommends rechecking the session, seat, real-name details and refund conditions before payment, with the official VALORANT Esports notice remaining the final authority.
